Wow!! Put her in the record book.
So I guess this is the stuff Ansley learns when she stays at home with me for a week. I bet you didn't think Ansley had such talent (picture of the two pacifiers). I am on Spring Break and loving being at home with Ansley. I have been pulling wallpaper down in her bathroom and attempting to paint stripes. It is looking really good.
Caroline brought her kids over. Ansley and Frances had a party. It is really nice to have the girls so close in age. They play so well together so Caroline and I don't have to entertain. Of course I let the girls paint. That was a mess. But a fun one. I think there was more paint on their clothes and body than on their paper.
Ansley loves playing in our shoes now. We just happen to catch her in Bob's closet pooping she continued while wearing his shoes.
In the slide show above you will see a picture of Ansley in timeout. Let me clarify. The rooster rug is timeout. She thought that if she stood next to it that would count.

Potty Training!!!
No Ansley is not potty trained yet. However, her partner in crime Frances is getting it started. Why I say getting it started... I am hoping she will make my job a bit easier when it is time for Ansley.
I was over at Caroline's house picking up Ansley. Of course I was holding Thomas and he had a dirty diaper.. shocking!! So while I was changing one diaper why not change them all. After Frances took off her diaper I told her to go and sit on the potty. So to the dismay of Caroline she went running across the living room and kitchen to the potty. I think if Rusty was there he might have had heart failure. Ansley went running with Frances and sat on the potty first. Then it was Frances turn. I told her if she went potty she could have candy. You know Frances and treats. I was amazed and excited she went pee pee in the potty!! Yeah!!
Since Ansley worships Frances it is only a matter of time before Ansley catches on. I am counting on Frances to potty train Ansley!!

Americus, Ga
We went down to Americus last weekend to celebrate Richard's birthday. Bob and I love this little town and always get so excited to go down. Ansley just thinks it is cool to be with her parents and grandparents in one place for 2 days. We left Friday and headed to Americus to eat some good catfish. Ansley and her Grandparents headed down early. Bob and I arrived after dinner. Ansley was a perfect angel all weekend.
Ansley came away from the trip with 3 cute outfits and a baby doll. We were in the tot shop and Ansley kept eyeing this baby doll. She kept bringing it up to me and giving it to me. I finally told her to go outside and wait with daddy and grandad. So she gave me the baby and told me a short story and headed out the door. I slipped the doll back onto the shelf. When Donna and I were finished playing we went outside. Ansley stared us both down and got a little puffy eyed. She kept saying baby. I told her the baby is in the store and moved on. Ansley could not believe that I left the store without the baby. Next thing I knew she and Grandad were heading back into the store. Ansley comes running out of the tot shop with the doll in hand like she was making a break for it. She was smiling from ear to ear. You would have thought she was breaking free from jail. Before she could enjoy the baby she falls flat on her face. It was a moment I wish I had on tape. I felt so bad but had to laugh at the same time. Needless to say Grandad was her hero the rest of the weekend.

Easter Sunday
We had a great Easter. We got to spend our Sunday with our church family and both sides of the family. After church we went to Rivermont Country Club with the Money side of the family. I think their dessert tray was double the size this year. We found out for the second year that Ansley is not a fan of the Easter bunny. I do have to admit that the bunny at the club is rather scary looking. He looks like he has been punched in the mouth. All Ansley said at lunch was bye bye bunny!! Of course she added Baby Thomas in there when she wasn't starring down the bunny. After lunch we headed down to Stockbridge, which gave Ansley a good hour nap. She got to play with her cousins and see all the Aunts. She had a blast telling them about what she knows. Most of the time everyone just said oh really and wow. Toward the end of the day she was hyped up on sugar!! We got in the car to come home and she was wired for the first 5 minutes until Mickey hit the big screen. Then there was silence. We had such a blessed and wonderful day!!! WE thought we were in for it because she didn't get a nap two days in a row but she was so easy and full of life the whole day.
