Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! We started our night off with some fun down the street at the Hunter's!! The kids ate mummy dogs, orange pumpkins, pizza pumpkin, and topped it off with a witch cookie! After full bellies and awesome costumes it was time to go!
He changed his mind last minute from being a pirate to a donkey!

Weekend fun!

We started Halloween early last Friday. We went trick or treating at Bobs work! The kids loved it plus they got enough candy to last until next Halloween.
Saturday morning we woke up early to head downtown for the GT homecoming parade.






James loved seeing all the different cars and inventions.





Henry enjoying his first trip to Waffle House. He ate one waffle! He is a fan! He out ate his siblings.


After brunch we took Henry back home to hang with my parents while we took the two older ones to the Alumni tailgate party! The kids got to meet buzz, make bracelets, face painting, throwing the football, and much more!!!








Sunday we finished the weekend off with more trick or treating at church.
His monkey costume didn't last long! Can you tell how cold it was!

I failed to post yesterday about how big Henry is getting. That being said there is only one thing that can make that true. Yes, he took his first steps during pictures yesterday. He badly wanted the Georgia Tech flag that was spinning in the wind. Brought a tear and a cheer. Only caroline and I saw this. However, he managed to show off at church today by taking a few steps my way! So proud of my little guy!!
I can't wait until he is walking. I don't like the crawling stage. The amount of nasty on the floors everywhere we go and the fact that he likes to move is disgusting. So I encourage my kids to walk and not crawl!!
"Hey!!! I found one!!!"

Family Pictures

I decided it was time to add Henry to a family picture. It was hard when he was little to get a good picture and not just a baby looking like a blob! Today Caroline came over and got some great pictures.
It is amazing that we got any good pictures at all! It seemed like someone was crying or not looking at the camera. James' hair was not cooperating so he wore a hat. I made the mistake of spiking his hair last night while drying Ansley's hair straight. Who knew it would still look the same the next morning.

I think we have finally convinced Caroline to start her own photography business!! So excited for her. She is amazing!

Disney on Ice

I took the kids on Friday night to see Disney on ice. Pretty sure I won for the most excited. The kids had no idea of the magical atmosphere they were about to be introduced to! As soon as Mickey and Minnie stepped out their jaws hit the floor and their eyes never left the ice. I can't wait to introduce them to the real magic... Disney World!! The only thing that would have made the night complete was if I had a Mickey mouse ice cream bar!

Henry spent the day with Grandma and came home with some new kicks!!! Usually when kids get their first shoes they want to rip them off. Henry doesn't even care he almost walks faster. He is not walking yet but getting there! He gets the biggest giggle when he is walking holding my fingers.

Safety day!

Last weekend we went to the Johns Creek safety community day. We were able to get our car seats checked and the kids had a blast! This was little boy heaven!
