We had the best Valentines weekend!!! Bob and I went on a Marriage Enrichment Getaway with 50 other couples. No...we are not a struggling couple. This weekend was a chance for us to strengthen our marriage and to be other couples that value there marriage the way we do. The cool thing was we knew a lot of other couples that attended! We stayed in Savannah right on the river. Our hotel was so quiet and comfy. We were able to get out of town about and hour before the snow hit. I can't say it was much warmer on the coast. Our last night there we got to go to Paula Deens resturant Lady and Sons. Talk about yummy!!! We even got to have lunch with Paige, Logan, Celia, and Lauren (Nieces and Nephew). Paige goes to SCAD and Logan goes to GT Savannah campus.
Bob and I learned so much and got to reconnect and renew the love we have for each other this weekend. We are so thankful for the chance to go away for a weekend after a long busy year. Of course the kids had a blast staying with GranDonna and Grandad. They got to play in the snow and build a snowman!!! We even had cupcakes waiting for us!
