First attempt

After church I attempted to get Christmas pictures.

INK

Since the kids have all week off... Time to go on a field trip!!! Mom and I took the four older kids and headed to INK (Interactive neighborhood for Kids). I took my two way back when James was almost 2 and Ansley went on a field trip to INK with her preschool class! In case you haven't been this place is a huge warehouse with a built in town inside! James stayed put in the police car for a good portion of the time.



Once he got out he went to the firetruck and stayed there for a while!!









He branched out for the last 30 mins and explored the Soda Shop!!


The girls explored the entire town.
Frances taught us all how to spell!!


She even milked a cow!

Thomas spent a lot of time in the music store, the playground, and the airplane!!


He was getting me a diet coke!





What a blast we had! I can't wait to take Henry back with us this summer!

We have a walker

Henry has been trying hard to walk. Now that his ear infection is hopefully on the mend he is cruising! Today he was all walk no crawl!!



And then... The first crash! He was helping my Dad and I hang Ansley's valance and tripped over her floor mat and his head/face landed on her vanity!








You can't see but he was super excited to be carrying a magazine.

Paint party

It was a rainy yucky day out today. My kids are hard to keep inside so on a rainy day there is plenty of grumpiness to go around! They did manage to get out to collect snails by the front door before dinner (no worries hands were washed).
Thanks to Pinterest we had a paint party in the bath tub.

Henry having a blast!

Henry is growing so fast these past couple weeks despite the ear infection that won't go away! I am positive he would have been walking by now but he hasn't even able to get his balance! Poor guy has been standing on his head all week probably because of the infection. We just thought it was funny! Today he seems to be on the mend because he is walking more!! I am very thankful because he has such a wonderful personality that he hasn't even been fussy or run a fever. He has just been waking once a night for three nights. He is not one to miss any beauty rest!

Ansley
Still excelling in school! Loves reading chapter books and everything else. I can't leave my phone with her because she now knows how to text. Oh dear!! She is telling time and rocking out the addition and subtraction!!
This week we went to Scottish rite for lab work and x rays of her abdomen. Scary... Yes!! She has been complaining of stomach pain and the doctor requested that we do this to rule out anything. I have been watching her diet and found a couple things that put her in pain, goldfish, spaghetti sauce, and oj. So what does that mean...
No clue. Prayers are needed that her test results come back fine! Her school was out for Election Day so she hung out with Frances for a bit!!



James
He is a fun loving almost 4 year old! He can't wait until Henry is old enough to wrestle with because his sister isn't having it anymore! He is enjoying school and has a girlfriend! Yikes. He loves playing outside and doesn't seem to be phased by the drop in temperature!



I think that catches up on all that is going in around here!!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! We started our night off with some fun down the street at the Hunter's!! The kids ate mummy dogs, orange pumpkins, pizza pumpkin, and topped it off with a witch cookie! After full bellies and awesome costumes it was time to go!
He changed his mind last minute from being a pirate to a donkey!
