Americus trip

I failed to post this back in April so here it is. Every year we try and go down to Americus, GA to celebrate my Father in laws birthday! While we were there we went and visited Plains where Jimmy Carter is from. Ansley had just learned about Jimmy Carter the past week so it was fun to show her his home town.

 Of course we went to Daphines on the River for some catfish! By then the kids were so tired that this was the best picture I could get!

 We had some wonderful family time with the cousins!

June Beach Trip 2014

Somehow I managed to write this post back in June but failed to publish it!
After school was out we headed to St. Petersburg, FL with Bob's family for a week at the beach. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. James lost his second tooth while we were away. Henry loved floating in the ocean while the other two preferred the pool.

We took the kids to play putt putt. Everyone was fine until about hole 11 then it got hot and miserable. But it started off well!














Cannon balls are lots of fun in a small pool!

Another successful fun year of VBS! The kids had a blast learning about weird animals and even if your different, don't understand, if you are afraid, or left out Jesus Loves you! This was Henry's first year to participate. He had a blast. He learned some cool dance moves to the songs!!! What better to help with his language development!!






The decorations were out of this world!!!





She will take any chance she gets to love on him!
