Cute Pictures

I was able to bribe the kids into the chapel at church on Sunday to get some Christmas pictures. I think this is as good as it will get this year. Next year the goal will be to get them looking at the camera at the same time.

Ornament Exchange

Every year we get together with my side of the family and play the ornament exchange game! It is tons of fun. This year was the best. The kids are all at the age where they can play together. The boys loved watching the big boys play. Ansley gets so shy and silly around the boys but ends up chatting about them for days!!I am feeling many days this summer we might be getting together!
Of course, I got a cute ornament and the minute Ansley went to put it on the tree it accidentally fell and lost its legs. I will be taking great strides to glue the legs back on!! Just another ornament that didn't survive the Christmas season.

Hooray..Tank is two!!

The best surprise two years ago.... A baby boy (AKA baby Jesus). I can't believe he is only two. He likes to act older than he is. He told my sister he was four. I got to spend his entire birthday with him due to the "Ice" day. We dropped Ansley off at PreK and headed to Gymboree. Then we picked up Grandma and headed to Zaxby's and Home Depot! On Friday, Grandma took James to his checkup. His stats are below...
Weight: 29 pounds (75-90 percentile)
Height: 36 (75-90 percentile)
All about James
1) You sit on the floor you will get body slammed from every direction
2) He calls Ansley... sissy or Ans
3) No problems with his gross motor skills
4) He knows where the lollipops are kept
5) When the phone rings: James is there to answer it.
6) Getting dressed is not a priority on his list.
7) He can pretty much mimics anything you say!
8) Favorite Food: Peanut butter
9) Favorite Show: Anything sister likes, Diego or Dora, Toy story, lion king
10) He can sing the ABC's
11) Can count to 10. May or may not include the number 9.

He is at such a cute and trying age. Yes, he has taught me the next level of temper tantrum's and how to hold strong. However, he is a loving and sweet boy that enjoys being at home and playing with his sister.
Today we celebrated James birthday at my parents house due to the kitchen renovations that are going on. The party was a "Cars' theme.

Great Grandma

On Saturday we headed down to Peachtree City to visit Great Grandma. Ansley was so excited because she new who GG is and where she lived. James on the other hand has really gotten into the two year old spirit and thinks that being in one place for more than 5 minutes is a crime. So needless to say I got a few good minutes of visiting in then we walked around Azalea visiting all the decorations (luckily there was nothing that struck his throwing arm).  Ansley and Bob got to have a good visit. Grandma looked great and was in good spirits! Below is a cute picture of the kids showing Grandma how well they get along.
